Below is the Registration software for all Health, Wealth and Home Vendors for Butler Township Community Day.
Vendor Bingo Passports are paper passports that resemble a bingo card. Every person who comes out to enjoy the fun will be handed a card. If they bring it back with all vendor spaces signed off on they will be entered for a chance to win a $500 Sam’s Gift Card.
Arrival and Set Up: 9:30AM-There will be reserved parking for vendors near the site
Vendors are required to provide a basket giveaway that is a minimum value of $50. Please bring your own small games of chance tickets to hand out as chances. Baskets are required to be giveaways and chances may not be raffled out.
Event Begins: 11:00AM
Event Concludes: 4:00PM
Vendors are required to stay for the entirety of the event as you will not be able to bring your vehicle back until the event is over. Indoor and Outdoor Spots are available.
