Workflow: Agreement advances MS4 program

Cranberry issued the following announcement on Sept. 30.

Restoration is in store for streams in several areas of the Township.

A design, consulting and permitting agreement with Wallace & Pancher Inc. will lead to stream restoration in several areas of the Township.

The project agreement, approved by the Board of Supervisors on September 30, is needed to satisfy the Township’s Pollution Reduction Plan requirements under the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s MS4 Permit Program requirements.

The agreement includes design drawings, plans, specifications, meetings, permitting, review funding, calculations for sediment reduction credits, operation and maintenance plan, cost estimate, easements and construction consulting services.
