On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Butler Area Senior High School standout Madden Clement’s current college team, the Virginia Tech Hokies, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the James Madison Dukes.

The game took place at English Field at Atlantic Union Bank Park. This was their first matchup against the Dukes this season.

The Hokies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 12 p.m. at Clark–LeClair Stadium against Indiana State Sycamores.
