On Wednesday, April 23, former Seneca Valley Senior High School standout Conor Carney’s current college team, the California Vulcans, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Davis & Elkins Senators.
The game took place at Harpertown Field. This was their second matchup against the Senators this season.
The Vulcans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 1 p.m. at Jack Critchfield Park against Slippery Rock The Rock.
Nearly $1.2 million in Local Share Account (LSA) grants have been approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority to support several community projects across Butler County, according to an announcement from Rep. Marci Mustello (R-Butler).
