On Wednesday, April 23, former Freeport Area Senior High School standout Jarrett Heilman’s current college team, the Wright State Raiders, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Xavier Musketeers.
The game took place at Nischwitz Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Musketeers this season.
The Raiders’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 3 p.m. at Nischwitz Stadium against Milwaukee Panthers.
Nearly $1.2 million in Local Share Account (LSA) grants have been approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority to support several community projects across Butler County, according to an announcement from Rep. Marci Mustello (R-Butler).
