On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Slippery Rock Area High School standout Sal Mineo’s current college team, the Ohio State Buckeyes, lost 17-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Arizona State Sun Devils.

The game took place at Phoenix Municipal Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Sun Devils this season.

The Buckeyes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at 121 Financial Ballpark against North Carolina State Wolfpack.
