First and foremost, thank you so much to everyone who has been donating toys and other fun stuff to our Summer Reading Program prize pool!!!! We appreciate you, as do all of our future summer readers! These are just a handful of awesome prizes that have already been donated. 

This year our dream for the Summer Reading Program is that every reader who completes their challenge will receive a prize for their hard work! This isn't just limited to little ones, it applies to all readers of all ages!

Summer Reading Programs are very important, especially for children. They help young readers improve reading skills, phonics, fluency, spelling comprehension, and vocabulary. They also inspire children to see themselves as lifelong readers. 

You can help support readers of all ages and inspire young ones to become lifelong readers by donating toys or other fun prizes to the Mars Area Public Library!

Prizes should be: 

 -new in box

 - around $10 - $15 (this is just a soft suggestion though!)
