Of the 2,238 people living in Oak Hills in 2020, 53.2 percent (1,191) were women and 46.8 percent (1,047) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Butler County News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 123. In the 65 and over age range, there were 368 females and 309 males.
