The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate George J. Kelly Jr., Mike Kelly for Congress, refunded $2 to Alice Flanagan on May 27, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Mike Kelly for Congress has refunded $2,831 total since Dec. 1, 2020.
