Cranberry issued the following announcement on Sept. 16.
- Four radar speed signs deployed in 40 locations in participating neighborhoods:
- Radar signs were passed by a total of 19,570 vehicles
- Average speed was 20.6 mph
- Average sign effectiveness (vehicles slowed) was 40%
Program costs were underwritten by the Cranberry Township Community Chest, RJ Community Management, Acri Community Realty, and Cranberry Township.
