Teacher Selected for Summer Institute
Mrs. Linda Russell, Latin Teacher at the Senior High School, was awarded a fellowship from the National Gallery to participate in the 2020 National Gallery of Art's Summer Institute for Educators! Although she was not able to travel to Washington, DC for this experience, she still had the opportunity to learn virtually.
The theme of the Summer Institute was "Art and Thinking" and explored how works of art can support and encourage students to develop their critical thinking skills.
