On Friday, April 11, former Slippery Rock Area High School standout Sal Mineo’s current college team, the Ohio State Buckeyes, lost 10-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
The game took place at Bill Davis Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.
The Buckeyes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 3 p.m. at Bill Davis Stadium against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
Nearly $1.2 million in Local Share Account (LSA) grants have been approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority to support several community projects across Butler County, according to an announcement from Rep. Marci Mustello (R-Butler).
