On Sunday, March 9, former Slippery Rock Area High School standout Brett Galcik’s current college team, the Slippery Rock The Rock, lost 10-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at Calvin L. Bailey Field. This was their third matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The The Rock’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 2 p.m. at Jack Critchfield Park against Saint Anselm Hawks.
