On Saturday, April 5, former Slippery Rock Area High School standout Sal Mineo’s current college team, the Ohio State Buckeyes, lost 12-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the USC Trojans.

The game took place at Dedeaux Field. This was their second matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Buckeyes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. at Dedeaux Field against USC Trojans.
