Area farmers and agriculture-related business owners are invited to attend a Farmers Breakfast on Thursday, April 3, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at American Legion Post 778. The event, hosted by Representatives Marci Mustello and Aaron Bernstine, aims to provide an opportunity for the local farming community to engage in discussions on pressing agricultural matters.

Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding will be the guest speaker. He is set to present updates on issues affecting farmers across the state. The breakfast will also include a session for questions and discussions, fostering communication between farmers and the state’s agricultural leadership.

Representative Marci Mustello emphasized the importance of the event, stating, “As a member of the House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, I am committed to supporting the success of our farmers in Butler County.” Mustello encouraged local farmers to participate to remain informed about pressing issues.

Representative Aaron Bernstine highlighted the breakfast as an opportunity for collaboration, saying, “Agriculture is the backbone of our community, and it’s vital we remain proactive in addressing the challenges our farmers face.”
