On Friday, Feb. 28, former Butler Area Senior High School standout Madden Clement’s current college team, the Virginia Tech Hokies, won 10-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Indiana State Sycamores.

The game took place at Clark–LeClair Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Sycamores this season.

The Hokies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Clark–LeClair Stadium against Kent State Golden Flashes.
