On Friday, April 4, former Slippery Rock Area High School standout Sal Mineo’s current college team, the Ohio State Buckeyes, lost 5-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the USC Trojans.

The game took place at Dedeaux Field. This was their first matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Buckeyes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Dedeaux Field against USC Trojans.
