On Saturday, March 15, former Knoch High School standout Eli Sutton’s current college team, the Walsh Cavaliers, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Ashland Eagles.
The game took place at Donges Field at Tomassi Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 3 p.m. at Biery Stadium against Slippery Rock The Rock.
Nearly $1.2 million in Local Share Account (LSA) grants have been approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority to support several community projects across Butler County, according to an announcement from Rep. Marci Mustello (R-Butler).
