Tuition for Pennsylvania residents attending Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania did not increase for the 2022-23 school year, as indicated by the latest report, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Residents of Pennsylvania paid $10,507 to enroll at the public four-year university in both the 2021-22 and 2022-23 academic years.

Non-resident students faced tuition costs 39.1% higher than in-state students, amounting to $14,615 for the 2022-23 year. This figure remained unchanged from the previous academic year.

Approximately 87% of the undergraduate student body are Pennsylvania residents, while about 12% come from other states and 1% are international students.

Data reveals that 94% of full-time undergraduates who began their studies at Slippery Rock University in 2022-23 received some form of financial aid. Specifically, 1,067 students were awarded grants or scholarships totaling $6.6 million, and 1,022 students obtained loans exceeding $8.7 million.

Across the entire undergraduate population, 4,710 students benefited from grants or scholarships amounting to $31.9 million. Additionally, 4,115 students borrowed $26.2 million in federal student loans.
