On Wednesday, March 12, former Seneca Valley Senior High School standout Conor Carney’s current college team, the California Vulcans, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Davis & Elkins Senators.
The game took place at Wild Things Park. This was their first matchup against the Senators this season.
The Vulcans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 1 p.m. at Wild Things Park against Mansfield Mountaineers.
Nearly $1.2 million in Local Share Account (LSA) grants have been approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority to support several community projects across Butler County, according to an announcement from Rep. Marci Mustello (R-Butler).
